Clutch Release Cylinder Removal/Installation

CAUTION:
  • If clutch fluid gets on a painted surface, it will cause the paint to peel. Be careful not to spill clutch fluid on the painted surfaces. Wash off any spilled clutch fluid with water immediately.
NOTE:
  • If clutch system-related hydraulic parts are removed, supply brake fluid, bleed air, and inspect for fluid leakage after the installation.
  1. Remove the aerodynamic under cover No. 2. (See AERODYNAMIC UNDER COVER NO. 2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  4. If clutch system-related hydraulic parts are removed, supply clutch fluid, bleed air, and inspect for fluid leakage after the installation. (See CLUTCH FLUID AIR BLEEDING/REPLACEMENT .)
