Pilot Bearing: Testing and Inspection

PILOT BEARING INSPECTION

1. Refer to CLUTCH UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION to remove the clutch unit until the pilot bearing is in a condition whereby it can be inspected. Service and Repair

2. Without removing the pilot bearing, turn the bearing while applying force in the axial direction.

- If there is any malfunction, replace the pilot bearing. Service and Repair
