The high beam indicator is always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors	VERIFY that the high beams are not illuminated. If the high beams are illuminated, See PINPOINT TEST 5: THE HEADLAMPS ARE ON CONTINUOUSLY . If the high beams are not illuminated, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
The LH turn signal indicator is never on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Instrument cluster	See PINPOINT TEST 12: THE LH TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR IS NEVER ON .
The LH turn signal indicator is always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors	If the LH turn signals are illuminated, see PINPOINT TEST 2: ONE TURN SIGNAL/HAZARD LAMP IS INOPERATIVE/ALWAYS ON . If the high beams are not illuminated, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
The RH turn signal indicator is never on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Instrument cluster	See PINPOINT TEST 13: THE RH TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR IS NEVER ON .
The RH turn signal indicator is always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors	VERIFY that the LH turn signals are not illuminated. If the LH turn signals are illuminated, see PINPOINT TEST 2: ONE TURN SIGNAL/HAZARD LAMP IS INOPERATIVE/ALWAYS ON . If the high beams are not illuminated, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
The overdrive (O/D) OFF indicator is never/always on	Powertrain control module (PCM) Instrument cluster	See PINPOINT TEST 14: THE O/D OFF INDICATOR IS NEVER/ALWAYS ON .
