2007-2008 CX-9 vehicles with VINS lower than JM3 TB**** ** 122337 (produced before June 23, 2007)

DESCRIPTION





On some vehicles the headphone extension of the rear entertainment system may break during normal use. As a mass-production change, the material of the headphone extension has been changed.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Verify customer concern.

2. Replace the broken headphone with a modified one.

^ This warranty is only applicable to the symptom in this bulletin (breakage of the headphone extension). If a cause exists in other parts (speaker, etc.), the repair cannot be covered by this warranty.
