Manual Transmission Oil Inspection
NOTE:
- Park the vehicle on level ground.
- Remove the oil level plug and washer.
- Verify that the oil is near the bottom of the plug port.
- If the oil level is low, add the specified amount and type of oil through the oil level plug hole.
Specified oil grade: MERCON or M-III
- Install a new washer and the oil level plug.
Tightening torque
40-58 Nm { 4.1-6.0 kgfm, 30-43 ft.lbf}
