Brake Shoe Adjustment (With Drum Off)

  1. Remove the brake drum. See REAR BRAKE DRUM  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  2. Using Brake Adjustment Gauge (206-0002), measure the inside diameter of the brake drum. See Fig 1 .
  3. Position the brake adjustment gauge on the brake shoes and linings and adjust accordingly. See Fig 2 .
  4. Install the brake drum.
