Possible Causes

Possible causes are:

Blocked MAF/IAT sensor screen (DTC P0103).
Contaminated MAF/IAT sensor (DTC P1101).
Damaged MAF/IAT sensor (DTCs P0102, P0103 or P1101).
Damaged PCM (DTCs P0102, P0103 or P1101).
Intake air leak near MAF/IAT sensor (DTC P0102).
MAF/IAT sensor disconnected (DTC P0102).
MAF/IAT sensor partially connected (DTC P1101).
MAF SIG circuit open (DTC P0102).
MAF SIG circuit shorted to ground (DTC P0102).
MAF SIG circuit shorted to VPWR (DTC P0103).
Open PWR GND circuit DTCs (P0102 or P1101).
Open MAF RTN circuit (DTCs P0102 or P1101).
Open VPWR circuit (DTC P0102).
Sensor connector or harness with poor continuity (DTC P1100).
Sensor with internal intermittent open or short (DTC P1100).
TP sensor system, possible closed throttle indication (DTC P0102).
