Installation Note

  1. Align the timing marks.

  2. Install the timing chain, camshaft sprocket and crankshaft sprocket as an assembly.
  3. Install the bolt.

  4. Install the front cover. See ENGINE FRONT COVER REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - 3.0L , .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. See BATTERY DISCONNECT .
