Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Removal / Installation - 2.3L: Removal

  1. Remove the flywheel or flexplate. See FLY-WHEEL/FLEXPLATE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - 2.3L ,
  2. Remove the oil pan. See OIL PAN REMOVAL / INSTALLATION -- 2.3L .

  3. Remove the bolts and the crankshaft rear oil seal.
