Coolant Outlet Pipe Front Removal / Installation - 2.3L

Drain the cooling system. See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT - 2.3L .

Disconnect the radiator upper hose.

Disconnect the reservoir hose.

Disconnect the degas bottle lower hose.

Remove the mounting bolts and remove the front coolant outlet tube.
NOTE:
- Inspect the two O-rings. Install new O-rings if necessary.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
