Water Pump Drive Belt Auto TENSIONER

Remove the water pump drive belt. (See WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT .)
Verify that the water pump drive belt auto tensioner moves smoothly in the operational direction.
- Replace the water pump drive belt auto tensioner if necessary.

Turn the water pump drive belt auto tensioner pulley and verify that it rotates smoothly.
- Replace the water pump drive belt auto tensioner if necessary.
Tightening torque

8-12 N.m {82-122 kgf.cm, 71-106 in.lbf}

Install the water pump drive belt.
