Normal Operation

The instrument cluster receives the speed control status from the smart junction box (SJB) over the high speed controller area network (CAN) communication bus. When the speed control has been engaged, the SJB sends a message to the instrument cluster to illuminate the speed control indicator.

DTC U0294 - sets if the speed control message is missing for more than 5 seconds and the instrument cluster turns off speed control indicator.
