WHEEL SPEED SENSOR - REAR





Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove the wheel speed sensor bolt and the wheel speed sensor.
^ To install, tighten to 27 Nm (2.8 kgf-m, 20 ft-lbf).

Note:
^ Plug the sensor cavity and thoroughly clean the sensor mounting surface.

Note:
^ Inspect the anti-lock brake sensor O-ring for damage; lightly lubricate the O-ring with axle lubricant

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
