Normal Operation
The parking lamp relay is integral to the smart junction box (SJB). When the headlamp switch is placed in the PARKING LAMPS ON position, the voltage is routed to the SJB through circuit (V/W). When the parking lamp relay coil is energized, voltage is routed to the parking lamps through circuit (GY), the trailer tow connector through circuit (G) and the instrument panel dimmer switch through circuit (L).

Possible Causes
- Circuit (V/W) short to voltage
- Circuit (GY) short to voltage
- Circuit (G) short to voltage
- Circuit (L) short to voltage
- Headlamp switch
- SJB

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
