Blend Door Actuator Removal / Installation

Remove the passenger air bag module. See PASSENGER AIR BAG MODULE .
Remove the defroster opening grill.

Detach and position the RH demister hose aside.

Working through the opening near the RH defroster nozzle, remove the screw.

Remove the temperature blend door actuator.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the screws and the temperature blend door actuator.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
