SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART - HEADLAMPS

Problem	Possible Cause	Action
No communication with the smart junction box (SJB)	Circuitry SJB	See MODULE CONTROLLED FUNCTIONS .
Both headlamps are inoperative	Fuse Circuitry Headlamp switch Multifunction switch SJB	See PINPOINT TEST 1: BOTH HEADLAMPS ARE INOPERATIVE .
The low beams are inoperative	Circuitry Multifunction switch SJB	See PINPOINT TEST 2: THE LOW BEAMS ARE INOPERATIVE .
The high beams are inoperative	Fuse Circuitry Multifunction switch SJB	See PINPOINT TEST 3: THE HIGH BEAMS ARE INOPERATIVE .
One low beam headlamp is inoperative	Fuse Circuitry SJB	See PINPOINT TEST 4: ONE LOW BEAM HEADLAMP IS INOPERATIVE .
One high beam headlamp is inoperative	Circuitry	Repair circuit (LG/B). Test the system for normal operation.
The headlamps are on continuously	Circuitry Headlamp switch Multifunction switch SJB	See PINPOINT TEST 5: THE HEADLAMPS ARE ON CONTINUOUSLY .
The flash-to-pass feature is inoperative	Fuse Circuitry Multifunction switch	See PINPOINT TEST 6: THE FLASH-TO-PASS FEATURE IS INOPERATIVE .
