NOTE:

• Lubricate the seal lip with clean engine oil.

1. Using the front cover seal remover SST  and front cover aligner replacer SST  , install the crankshaft front oil seal.
2. Install the crankshaft pulley. See CRANKSHAFT PULLEY REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - 4.0L  .
