Hinge Adjustment - 4-Door, Cab Plus

CAUTION:
  • Do not interchange the door hinge bolts, use the correct door hinge bolt in the correct location or damage to the outer door panel may occur.
  1. Open and support the door.
  2. Mark the current position of the door hinges.

  3. Loosen the upper and lower door hinge-to-body bolts and door hinge-to-body nuts enough to allow the door to be moved.
  4. Adjust the door as needed to correct the misalignment.
  5. Tighten the door hinge-to-body bolts and door hinge-to-body nuts.

    Tightening Torque: 

    30 Nm {3.1 kgf-m, 22 ft-lbf}
