NOTE:
  • On a known level surface, verify that the vehicle ride height is within specification before proceeding with the frame height measurements. See SUSPENSION DESIGN HEIGHT SETTING .
  1. The dimensions of the underbody must be restored if repairing major body damage to provide correct front and rear wheel geometry. Once the frame and suspension members are aligned, other operations can be carried out.
