| 2 | CHECK THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH

Yes | Go to next step. |
| No | Install a new multifunction switch. See STEERING COLUMN MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH . TEST the system for normal operation. | ||
| 3 | CHECK CIRCUIT (GY/O) FOR AN OPEN
|
Yes | Go to step 5. |
| No | Repair circuit (GY/O) for an open. Test the system for normal operation. | ||
| 4 | CHECK CIRCUIT (LG/B) FOR AN OPEN
|
Yes | Go to next step. |
| No | Verify SJB fuse 14 (15A) is OK. If OK, repair circuit (LG/B) for an open. Test the system for normal operation. | ||
| 5 | CHECK FOR CORRECT SJB OPERATION
|
Yes | Install a new SJB. See SMART JUNCTION BOX (SJB) . Test the system for normal operation. |
| No | The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by a loose or corroded connector. | ||
