Charge Air Cooler Installation Note

- Install the charge air cooler bracket.
Tightening torque
42-48 N.m {4.3-2.8 kgf.m, 31-35 ft.lbf}
- Install the charge air cooler.
Tightening torque
18.6-25.5 N.m {1.90-2.60 kgf.m, 13.8-18.8 ft.lbf}
- Install the charge air cooler cover.CAUTION:
- When installing the charge air cooler cover, be careful not to damage the charge air cooler cover clips.
Tightening torque
7.9-10.7 N.m {81-109 kgf.cm, 70-94 in.lbf}
- Install the duct.
