Air Cleaner Element Removal/Installation - 3.0L

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube from the mass air flow (MAF) sensor.

  2. Disengage the two engine air cleaner snap clamps.

  3. Lift the engine air cleaner cover.

  4. Remove the air cleaner element.

    CAUTION:
    • Snap clamps must be engaged or damage to the engine air cleaner may occur.
  5. Install in reverse order of removal.
