Removal and Installation

WARNING:
- To avoid personal injury, do not unscrew the coolant pressure relief cap while the engine is operating or hot. The coolant system is under pressure; steam and hot liquid can come out forcefully when the cap is loosened slightly. Failure to follow these instructions can result in personal injury.
- Remove the cruise control servo mounting bolt and position the servo aside.
- Disconnect the hoses and drain the engine coolant into a suitable container.
- Remove the mounting bolts and remove the reservoir from the vehicle.NOTE:
- Follow the cooling system replacement procedure. See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT - 2.3L .
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
