FLEXPLATE Removal/Installation - 3.0L: Removal

  1. Remove the transmission. See AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the bolts and the flexplate.

    • Inspect the flexplate for cracks or other damage. Install a new flexplate if necessary.
