FLEXPLATE Removal/Installation - 3.0L: Installation

NOTE:
  • Special bolts are used for installation; do not use standard bolts.
  1. Position the flexplate on the crankshaft and install the bolts.

    • Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern.
  2. Install the transmission. See AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
