Cylinder Head Gasket Installation

  1. Clean all the sealing surfaces.
  2. Check the cylinder head for flatness. See OVERHAUL - 3.0L .

    NOTE:
    • The "V" notch in the cylinder head gasket faces the front of the engine on the left side and the rear of the engine on the right side.
  3. Install the head gasket.
