INSTRUMENT CLUSTER PINPOINT TEST 1 - NO COMMUNICATION WITH INSTRUMENT CLUSTER

PINPOINT TEST 1		NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	CHECK THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER POWER SUPPLY Key OFF. Disconnect: Instrument Cluster 0922-101. Key ON. Using the following table at the end of test, measure the voltage between the instrument cluster, harness side and ground. Are the voltages greater than 10 volts?	Yes	Go to step 2.
		No	Repair the circuit(s) in question. Test the system for normal operation.
2	CHECK THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER GROUND CIRCUITS B/W AND B Key OFF. Disconnect: Instrument Cluster 0922-102. Key ON. Using the following table at the end of test, measure the resistance between the instrument cluster, harness side and ground. Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?	Yes	See COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK DIAGNOSIS .
		No	Repair the circuit(s) in question. Test the system for normal operation.
