Removal and Installation

Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING

Separate the thermostat housing.

Remove the thermostat and the O-ring seal from the thermostat housing.
NOTE:
- Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.
To install reverse the removal procedure.
