- Canister Drain Cut Valve (CDCV) malfunction.
- Charcoal canister clogging
- Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor malfunction.
- Plugged charcoal canister malfunction.
- Poor connection at CDCV, FTP sensor or PCM.
- Purge solenoid valve malfunction.
- Short in wiring at CDCV.
