Pillar Antenna Inspection

  1. Remove the driver-side front side trim. (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Disconnect the pillar antenna plug.
  3. Verify that there is no continuity between pillar antenna terminal A and B using an ohmmeter.
    • If not as specified, replace the pillar antenna.
  4. Inspect for continuity between the pillar antenna terminals using an ohmmeter.
    • If not as specified, replace the pillar antenna.
