Driver's Seat

WARNING:

Handling the front seat (side air bag) improperly can accidentally deploy the side air bag, which may seriously injure you. Read AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS before handling the front seat.

Remove the driver-side side air bag module. (See DRIVER-SIDE AIR BAG MODULE .)
Disassemble in the order indicated in the figure.
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Side cover removal note

Remove the screws.
Lift the side cover up in the direction of the arrow, then unhook it from the recliner knuckle.
