DTC P1499: EGR Valve Solenoid Coil No. 4 Open Or Short: Condition

DTC is set when PCM detects input voltage from EGR valve coil No. 4 is too low or too high just after turning ignition switch on. This is a diagnostic support DTC, monitored once per ignition key cycle. MIL is not illuminated when PCM detects malfunction. Possible causes are:
