VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR (VSS)

Removal and Installation
4X2 Vehicles





1. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) electrical connector.





2. Remove the bolt and the VSS.

4X4 Vehicles
3. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) electrical connector.





4. On 4x4 vehicles, raise the vehicle on a hoist.





5. Remove the bolt and the VSS.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
