Activating System (Axiom, Rodeo, Rodeo Sport & Trooper)

1. Ensure ignition switch is in LOCK position, and ignition key is removed. Ensure battery is still disconnected or air bag fuse(s) is removed. Connect passenger air bag Yellow 2-pin connector. Push in on connectors. DO NOT push on locking sleeve. See Fig 1. Install glove box assembly. Connect driver air bag Yellow 2-pin connector.
2. Install air bag fuse(s), or connect battery. Staying well away from air bag modules, turn ignition switch to ON position, with engine off. Ensure AIR BAG indicator light operates properly, see SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
