Air By-Pass Valve (ABV) Vacuum Solenoid Valve

Remove ABV vacuum solenoid valve. See Figure
. Apply air pressure to port "A" of ABV solenoid valve. See Figure
. Air should not flow from port "B". Apply battery voltage to ABV vacuum solenoid valve terminals. Air should flow from port "B". Replace ABV vacuum solenoid valve as necessary.
