Possible Causes

- Damaged EVAP canister purge valve.
- Damaged PCM.
- EVAP canister purge valve circuit open.
- EVAP canister purge valve circuit shorted to ground.
- EVAP canister purge valve circuit shorted to VPWR.
- VPWR circuit open.
