WARNING:
Fuel supply tubes will remain pressurized for long periods of time after engine shutdown. This pressure must be relieved before repairing of the fuel system has begun. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.
WARNING:
Before disconnecting any fuel tube, release the fuel pressure from the fuel system.
- Remove the left engine compartment relay panel cover.
- Remove the fuel pump relay.
- Start the engine.
- After the engine stalls, crank the engine over 2 more times to be sure all the pressure has been released.
- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. Install the fuel pump relay.
