Removing & Installing (Tribute 3.0L)

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) harness connector. See Fig 1 and/or Fig 2.
  3. NOTE: If necessary, lubricate the HO2S with penetrating and lock lubricant to aid in removal.
  4. Using the Special Tool (303-476), remove the HO2S. See Fig 3 and/or Fig 4.
