Cooling System Bleeding: MPV

NOTE: Cooling system is filled through coolant reservoir.
  1. Add correct coolant mixture to FULL mark on coolant reservoir.
  2. Tighten cooling system cap on reservoir.
  3. CAUTION: If the coolant temperature becomes too high, stop the engine to prevent it from overheating.
  4. Start engine and allow to idle until cooling fan operates.
  5. After engine warms up, perform following steps:
    1. Run engine at 4000 RPM for one minute.
    2. Run engine at idle for one minute.
    3. Repeat 2 previous steps several times.
    4. Turn on main and rear heaters (if equipped) and verify heat from heater vents.
  6. Stop engine and wait until it is cool.
  7. Inspect coolant level. If coolant level is low, repeat steps  15 .
  8. Verify there is no coolant leakage.
