Removal & Installation (Protege & Protege5)

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove vacuum hose. See Fig 1.
  3. Remove Variable Tumble Control System (VTCS) delay valve. See Fig 1.
  4. To install, reverse removal procedure.
