Removal & Installation (B2300)

  1. Remove the accelerator control splash shield. See Figure.
  2. Disconnect the wiring harness and engine vent tube from the air cleaner outlet tube. See Fig 1.
  3. Loosen the clamps, the bolt and remove the engine air cleaner intake tube and duct. See Fig 2.
  4. Remove the accelerator cable and the cruise control cable (if equipped). See Fig 3.
  5. Disconnect the Throttle Position (TP) sensor harness connector. See Fig 4.
  6. Remove the bolts and the throttle body. See Fig 5.
  7. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten the throttle body bolts in the sequence shown. See Fig 6. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
