Possible Causes

- Damaged COV (in EVAP system leak detection pump)
- Damaged PCM
- Short to power circuit in Ornage wire between EVAP system leak detection pump 4-pin harness connector terminal "C" and PCM 27-pin harness connector terminal "3V"
