Steering Gear and Linkage Installation Note

Tighten bolts loosely.
Tighten the mounting bracket bolts to the specified torque in the order shown in Fig 1 .
Tightening torque
1. 74.4-104.8 N.m {7.6-10.6 kgf.m, 55-77 ft.lbf}

Tighten the crossmember bracket installation nuts and bolts.
Tightening torque
1. Nut: 119.6-154.8 N.m {12.2-15.7 kgf.m, 89-114 ft.lbf}
2. Bolt: 93.1-116.6 N.m {9.50-11.88 kgf.m, 68.67-85.99 ft.lbf}
