Power Plant Frame (PPF) Installation Note

Install the differential mounting spacer.
Support the transmission on a jack so that it is level.
Position the PPF and install the sleeve.
Install the spacer and bolts, and tighten the reamer bolt firmly. The reamer bolt should be installed in the forward hole.

Tighten the outer bolts snugly.
Tightening torque
1. 104-123 N.m {10.6-12.6 kgf.m, 77-91 ft.lbf}

Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in the order shown.

Remove the jack.
Measure distance A using a straightedge and vernier calipers.
- If the distance is not within the specification, reposition the power plant frame at the transmission.
