Charge Air Cooler Removal/Installation (BP With TC)

WARNING:

A hot engine and intake air system can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until all components are cool before removing the intake air system.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the under cover.
Remove the cover with the charge air cooler bottom for easier access.
Remove in the order indicated in the table.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
