Engine stalls when shifted to D range, or in R position |
| DESCRIPTION |
- Engine stalls when shifting from N or P position to D range or R position at idle.

| POSSIBLE CAUSE |
- Idle speed is not within specification.
- Improper idle increase
- Insufficient engine output
- Oil cooler malfunction (Foreign material mixed in with ATF)
- ATF level is low.
- TCC solenoid malfunction
- TCC piston malfunction (improper operation, clogged oil passage)
NOTE:
