DTC 01 - Buckle Switch On/Off Signal

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE - DTC 01

STEP	INSPECTION	INDICATION	ACTION
1	Unfasten driver-side seat belt. (Buckle switch on.)	on	Go to next step
1	Unfasten driver-side seat belt. (Buckle switch on.)	off	Measure voltage at instrument cluster terminal 3P. Is voltage 0 V ? If as specified, replace instrument cluster. If not as specified, inspect following parts. Buckle switch Wiring harness (Buckle switch - instrument cluster)
2	Fasten driver-side seat belt. (Buckle switch off.)	on	Measure voltage at instrument cluster terminal 3P. Is voltage B+ ? If as specified, replace instrument cluster. If not as specified, inspect following parts. Buckle switch Wiring harness (Buckle switch - instrument cluster)
2	Fasten driver-side seat belt. (Buckle switch off.)	off	Input signal to instrument cluster is okay.
