Transaxle Range Switch: GF4A-El

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove the nut and clip, and disconnect the shift cable. Rotate manual selector shaft to Neutral position. Disconnect Transaxle Range (TR) switch harness connector. Loosen TR switch mounting bolts at transaxle. Connect ohmmeter between terminals "A" and "H". See Fig 1 . Adjust switch until continuity exists. Tighten TR switch mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Verify TR switch and gearshift lever range position are aligned. Connect TR switch harness connector, and shift cable. Connect negative battery cable.
