Section 411 (On-Board Diagnostic [Automatic Transaxle]): Foreword

- When the customer reports vehicle malfunction, check the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) indication, O/D OFF indicator light flashing, and diagnostic trouble code (DTC), then diagnose the malfunction according to following flowchart.
- If the DTC exists, diagnose the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE .)
- If the DTC does not exist, the MIL does not illuminate and the O/D OFF indicator light flashes, diagnose the applicable symptom troubleshooting. (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING .)
