Front Drive Belt Auto Tensioner

- Remove the front drive belt. (See FRONT DRIVE BELT .)
- Verify that the drive belt auto tensioner moves smoothly in the operational direction.
- Replace the drive belt auto tensioner if necessary.
- Turn the drive belt auto tensioner pulley by hand and verify that it rotates smoothly.
- Replace the drive belt auto tensioner if necessary.
- Install the drive belt.
Tightening torque
- 20-30 N.m {2.1-3.0 kgf.m,15-22 ft.lbf}
